SEMINARS: About
MÁRIA TEMESI is a dramatic Hungarian soprano with distinguished international career in opera, and a long teaching experience. From 1997 she is a University Professor and Director of the Voice Department at Béla Bartók Univeristy. From 2013 she has been guiding vocally singers form the Hungarian State Opera in Budapest. She has given masterclasses in various countries. In 1998 she founded the Singing Competition József Simándy, and has been a judge in the panel of many international competitions.
The masterclass is addressed to professional lyric singers and advanced students of vocal studies.
An aria or a lied will be presented at an individual masterclass.
Duration per participant 30'.
Accompanist is provided.
Rehearsal with the accompanist can be organised.
Language of tuition is German. A translator will be provided.
Limited number of participants will be accepted. Auditors will be allowed.
